“Stayed at The Fern Kochi for one night before starting a 6-day trip through Kerala and it was a solid choice.
The property has a cool vibe and feels a bit different from your typical hotel, which I liked. Some parts are a little dated, but everything was clean and worked well, so it didn’t take away from the stay.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made things easy, especially for a quick stopover. Food was ok, nothing over the top but definitely reliable enough for breakfast.……

“We were surprised by what we saw and weren't convinced it is a 4 stars hotel. The hotel was in a very old condition and had moldy smell. Not sure its because Cochin is a coastal city or purely because hotel is too old. Overall it wasn't worthy 4 stars. Staffs were quite nice and helpful though. If you look for a good price, it might be an option to you.”

“Loved our two nights here. Rooms were gorgeous and quiet and clean. Hotel was lovely and breakfast delicious (one of the best we had in India). Location was perfect - so close to the water. Pool was a welcome relief from the heat.
Laundry was expensive.”

“The staff were excellent, attentive, and very helpful, especially with arranging local tours. The half-day backwaters boat tour was a highlight and highly recommended, and the resort grounds were lovely and quiet.
The main disappointment was the Alleppey tour, as we were not told in advance that the coir factory, museum, and palace were closed on Monday, which made the long drive less worthwhile. The driver, however, was excellent. The rooms also felt tired and in need of an upgrade, with some……

“Beautiful hotel in a lovely part of Fort Kochi, with a gorgeous pool that was welcome after a day exploring the area. The staff were all friendly and attentive and the food was tasty. Would highly recommend booking a walkikg tour through the hotel. ”
