“The rooms need a little tidying up. The bath tub with cracks, skirting scuffed, walls could do with a coat of paint and the toilet seat detached from the hinges!
Staff are generally all good. Mentioned the toilet seat issue to Prince. He was very apologetic and helpful.

“The gym had Air Conditioning, but it was on a timer that turned off after two minutes, so it was a really uncomfortable place to work out. Staff was really friendly though and went out of their way to make the stay positive.”

“We stayed six nights in a Superior Suite at Villa Elixir at the end of a three-week trip to India. Sadly, it was a disappointing experience.
Our room backed onto a noisy road, the window didn’t fully close, and mosquitoes were an issue with no net provided. The pool was green on arrival, then heavily chlorinated and unusable for the rest of our stay.
Breakfast was very basic (curry, fruit, slices of white bread with butter and jam, and a flask of milk-tea and coffee), the kitchen staff were……
