“Has always been our get away place. Always have had great experiences. This trip was not one of them. Not all of the elevators were working so long waits for the elevator. Booked a king bed and ended up with a queen that was broke down. I have a large truck so I have to park in Hilton off site lot. When trying to exit the gate would not work. Our room a/c did not cool the room as it should. Maybe it is just getting old. Probably start looking elsewhere.”

“Loved the upgrade to a better view, the privacy of the separate bedroom for the parents, and the host of onsite amenities. We took advantage of long walks on the beach, quiet mornings having coffee sitting in one of the two balconies, and having delicious food delivered to our room. We would stay again in a heartbeat, possibly in a room on a higher floor for an even better view.”
