“My husband tried to unclog the 50 year old tub. I let Kelly know. She further related that “there had to be an emergent” call with maintenance” to glue soap dish back in place. She made a blatant lie in the message that we had “ripped” off the soap dish. The rules and demands for everything that is expected of the guest is RIDICULOUS! On top of that she expects me to pay 150.00 for gluing on a soap dish. Bring garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper as they only supply a meager amt and expect……

“Everyone says it, but the view was great. Second floor balcony overlooks pool and beach. Nice immediate area but close to everything.”

“Great accommodations for a single/couple. Location 2 blocks from dipping your toes in the Atlantic and a bike ride away from everywhere I wanted to be. Kitchen was beautifully appointed with everything needed. Definitely will be looking to book this again.”

“Excellent accommodations! The rooms were spotless and the facilities were very well kept. Our son was on military leave and he and his wife were in the unit directly under ours and his room was equally clean. We stayed for 8 nights and I felt very safe and comfortable, not only because of the room, but the owners made us feel so welcome with excellent hospitality and communication. I will be honest, the boardwalk just down the street has a lot of things to offer, but if you want noise, confusion……

“Aruna is a great host—very responsive. Place is cute, relaxing & clean. ”

“We really enjoyed our time here, the gist was excellent, his instructions were super detailed. The place was clean and comfortable and included a reserved parking spot in the parking garage. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again without question.”

“Very nize place. Would stay here again.”

“My husband and I love to go on weekend adventures to see great rock bands. This adorable condo was less than 5 minutes from Peabody Auditorium, where we were going to see the Tom Keifer band (Cinderella). Located directly on the beach with private access to guests, the building also featured a pool and grill area. Our condo was super clean and thoughtfully stocked with conveniences by our host. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the welcome snacks that Kelly took the time to provide. We also……

“The apartment was right on the beach and by some great local restaurants.”

“The property was clean and quiet… and was equipped with everything needed (towels, toiletries, beach chairs, full kitchen, etc.). Nice view of the pond/wildlife out back. Property owners were prompt with responses. Would definitely recommend.”

“Very clean condo. Perfect if you have little ones, the beach view from the balcony was so nice. The neighbors are all very sweet. Had a little trouble with the code checking in, but the host was quick to help. We grilled every night downstairs by the pool which was awesome. The beach is so close and there were pool noodles in the closet that the kids were able to play with, and the beach towels were a great addition. Ormond beach is a nice quiet town. There was WiFi available, but it was very……

“We enjoyed our visit!”
