Minor issue was faced with positions of the shower head - and it allowed too much water to flow on the bathroom floor. "Everything at this hotel was great. It was very quiet, the room suite was large and clean. The staff was very attentive. We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant which was wonderful. It seemed like a sleepy place but the restaurant was near full. The shuttle was also very easy too coordinate. "

"I had a very frustrating experience staying here. While the property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near the airport, the service across multiple touchpoints felt dismissive and, at times, outright rude. At the end of my stay, I was called just two minutes before my shuttle departure and it left without me, which was extremely stressful and poorly handled. There were also unexpected additional fees buried in the fine print that were never clearly explained at check-in. When I raised this, the concierge was passive-aggressive and insisted this lack of transparency was “industry standard,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Dining was similarly disappointing—the restaurant staff made it seem like they were doing me a favour by taking my order, and overall I felt unwelcome. The pool is nice, but the Wi-Fi was poor, and the service issues ultimately outweighed the positives. I would not stay here again."
