“The hotel is a bit tired and the beach is not the best but the service from the staff was excellent. Breakfast was good and varied. It was good value for money for the price paid. I would go back there again. ”

“This is the best hotel in Mataram I had ever been stayed.
The breakfast is as good as Aston hotel. The quality is better than Aston and Golden or Lombok Plaza. The Spa is the best. The service is made me feel comfortable.

“1.第一晚上入住,就聞到每顆枕頭有濃濃臭味,跟飯店反應只到換枕頭套子,換完枕頭套依然非常臭,後面好幾天都被臭醒.
2.有浴缸但沒有熱水,只有溫水,甚至是冷水,因為沒熱水所以泡澡也很不舒服.
3.小朋友遊戲區(設備老舊),游泳池,海邊風景都還不錯,海灘垃圾很多(有看到人在清理,只是還是很多垃圾)
4.飯店只提供免費飲水2瓶300cc水瓶,桌上1000cc水都是要而外付費.
整體感覺很不好,不會再去地2次”

“上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理
本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會
所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。
換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。

“Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Restaurant mit seinem wunderschönen Ausblick direkt aufs Meer – wirklich eine tolle Atmosphäre. Auch der Strand selbst war sehr sauber und perfekt für Spaziergänge, Jogging oder einfach zum Entspannen. Aufgrund der teilweise starken Wellen ist er allerdings eher weniger zum Schwimmen geeignet. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier aber genau richtig.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns ebenfalls positiv……
