The staff was very nice and attentive. The property was very well taken care of. There were no TV's in the rooms, but there is plenty to do on the island, dancing, dining, swimming, snorkeling, or just hanging out at your favorite bar or pub.

Our stay at Kalandara Resort in Lombok was truly breath-taking. We chose this resort for our honeymoon, and it exceeded every expectation—we did not regret our decision for a single moment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Little touches like slippers, Crocs for the infinity pool, and a Bluetooth speaker added a special charm to our experience and made our stay feel even more luxurious and personal. What really made our time unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with great variety. The portions were generous, and we’re pretty sure we left having gained a few happy pounds! The resort itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. We truly miss our time at Kalandara Resort and would return in a heartbeat. We stayed one night in an Ocean Premier Room after spotting the hotel and deciding to book because it looked beautiful. The property is stunning. The architecture, cliffside setting, and ocean views are incredible — one of the most visually impressive resorts we’ve seen in Lombok. The staff were kind, however receiving service was difficult. Even simple requests like ordering a drink felt challenging, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable. Communication and overall hospitality flow felt lacking for a resort of this standard. A beautiful property with incredible views, but the service needs refinement to match the setting.

I loved this property so much. The staff are very kind and friendly people, the breakfast was always fresh and tasted so good, the location was perfect as I had a huge suitcase, it wasn't too far from the harbour. The room I stayed in was immaculate. I would stay here again.

Beach restaurant is incredible. Good food, views, furniture (pink), and night time entertainment (fire dance or saxophone). Service was great and there are many useful amenities.
