Personal ist super freundlich und entspannt. Wenn man mal ein paar Tage entspannen will, dann ist man hier genau richtig. Wir kommen wieder!”

“This is the second time we have stayed and absolutely love it. There is always space for improvement in anything and as a very up market all inclusive, and the cost which is appropriate, not including certain drinks within the all inclusive package is a mistake and doesn’t feel very welcoming. Aperol spritz etc. in addition, when asking for a bottle of wine for the room is a reasonable request, not being allowed and having to make repeat trips back to the bar doesn’t sit sometimes as well and……

“Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Two huge swimming pools and Hotel is right on the beach. Friendly Staff. We had the half board which included breakfast and dinner. The food was good. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the center of town. The Town of Kos is very bicycle friendly. There are bike lanes from the hotel to the center of town. One can rent bikes directly in front of the hotel. ”

“WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. ”
