“Het eten was goed en zeer lekker. Jammer dat je een All-In hebt maar toch voor bruiswater moet betalen. De frisdranken zijn niet lekker wat niet kan voor een 5 sterren hotel. Ze worden gemaakt met een siroop!!! Tenzij je betaalt dan krijg je een flesje frisdrank aan 4€ De cocktails worden gemaakt met b- merken wat echt niet lekker is. ”

“A compliment to the people at the front desk and at the bar, they were really friendly and helpful. the hotel all in all was not so bad but not up to 4.5 stars standard. The prize of the hotel are very high. They need to do some improvement. Like at the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. The food quality was quite poor. the pool and the beach were a pretty nice. ”

“Overall, it's a decent property, but let's begin with the obvious - this is absolutely not a five star property. That's not to stay that this isn't a bad place. The appearance of the property is good with a great lobby, decorations, organization! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure that everyone has what they need. The pool facilities and activities are great as well, with lots of options available to entertain the guests. Dining options are plenty and the cleaning……

“WiFi is very slow and most of time not working. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests. Housekeeping Anna is very friendly and helpful who is the only good experience while we stayed in this hotel. Receptionist at night duty need to improve his English and hospitality skills. ”

“There were no mosquito nets on the windows or detergent in the kitchen. It would be great if these were available. The hotel is in a great location. The cleaning lady was very helpful.”
