“Beautiful apartment and staff were friendly but so many people struggled to get in to reception as they have the door locked during open hours. I personally had to ring the out of hours number on the door to get them to push the button to unlock the door borh times we stayed. Other than that reception does have someone in there and the rest of check in is easy and the Appartments are lovely. ”

“Room tidy, but very small. Good location, close to lots of restaurants and pubs. Good parking if you have a car. Staff were amazing. Especially the manager.
Our bathroom probably needed a deep clean. We had shower moths buzzing around which was a bit yucky. Also a few marks in the grout maybe. I’ve attached pictures.
Housekeeping comes quite late, our room wasn’t done at 3:30pm. They did knock on our door to see if we needed anything though. ”
