“This is a very old hotel, and the lack of an elevator is already a significant drawback. What makes it worse is how poorly this is handled by the staff. Despite arriving with two toddlers, a large stroller, and multiple pieces of luggage, we were assigned a room on the second floor with no assistance or consideration. That alone shows a clear lack of empathy and basic hospitality.
At a minimum, situations like this should be anticipated and accommodated—whether by prioritizing ground-floor rooms……

“This place was absolutely beautiful not only did it seem like you stepped back in time, but it was still modern and fresh and everything was beautiful. The staff was so accommodating. We loved it and we will go back!”
