"I have stayed in this hotel for the last three times on a yearly basis.Very nice and satisfied.But on this trip, I am disappointed as I have booked a Premier twin room (43 sq m) but was given a room of 39 (sqm). However, I believe that it would be better if I had check in on weekdays instead of Saturday. Stay from Saturday and checked out on Wednesday."

"It is a very lovely, quiet deluxe hotel set back from the street. The service was impeccable, with free shuttles at call to and from the hotel. Remember to book in advance if you are arriving from the train station as this will save you the taxi fare! The rooms are large and the public bath is a treat. Breakfast is lovely - the restaurant faces the gorgeous court yard. "

"The apartment is nice with sufficient space for the family. The challenge is the location which is rather off the grid from the town and a very winding road leading to the club. Location wise is quite a challenge. Staff hardly speak any English but they are very nice people. "

The hotspring was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. One staff even drove me from hotel to the hotspring site. I really appreciated the helpfulness. "The staff and cleaniness of the hotel was good, but it was way way overpriced for the type of room (unit style bathroom etc). Also the food was incredibly expensive - JPY8,000 for a dinner bento box (looked like something that would cost around jpy 1,500 at any other place).
