"The staff could not be more friendly, accommodating and professional. Only thing...it took a little while in the mornings to receive my breakfast after ordering. But the entire experience was really great...enjoyed the hospitality!"

Coco Beach is a beautiful resort! Staff is amazing, our 2 bedroom villa was so comfortable, clean and spacious. The food and drinks at the pool bar were great.
2 things …
1. there is no beach! This was disappointing
2. Rent your golf cart thru vendor not thru hotel, half
The price

Great small location north of the bridge if you want to stay away from the congestion of San Pedro town, but still be a close golf cart ride away. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, great breakfast, and amazing morning sunrises.

This is an amazing Resort. Being our 4th trip to Belize, we have stayed at different places each time and this was our favorite so far. Amazing room and friendly staff! The only downside is, the lack of cart parking. I would recommend having staff park their scooters/motorcycles in a staff only parking area and leave the cart parking area for the guests.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, was fantastic! We wanted to get away from the crowds and the lines and the towering resort communities. They treated us like we were special, from the cart waiting for us at the airport, to the boat ride to the cabins, to the margarita waiting for us when we got off the dock, to the fact that they called us by name the whole time, to arranging personalized tours, to the gourmet meals, to the genuine towel artistry of the women who made up the rooms, to the choice...

Everything about the hotel was beautiful, there were plenty of restaurants, the staff was amazing, when I would post on my social media, everyone asked where I was at because it looked so pretty. We will definitely be back.

One of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. Staff very helpful/courteous. Golf cart rental is fun but pricey. Snorkeling at Hol Chan and Sting Ray Alley are tops. Wish bike rentals were right at resort. Food is very expensive.

The room we booked was beachfront and very spacious. The staff was so attentive and kind. Food in the restaurant was also delicious. We happened to meet the owner family who were so nice. The beach was far from the crowded area of San Pedro and water was so clear. You can snorkel and kayak using the equipment provided by the hotel.

Very clean & well maintained. The staff was very helpful & cheerful. The restaraunt was
very good. (every bit as good as some more expensive places) Also the food & drink prices were quite reasonable.
The location is within easy walking distance of most activities as well as just exploring
the town. On San Pedro I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Lotta fun & good vibes & an excellent
value!

Portofino was an amazing resort that was secluded but not desolate. The vibe is great, the staff is all very good at their jobs. From Nick the general manager to Raul the bartender to Marcos the other bartender everyone was very helpful and very willing to go out of their way to help make us comfortable. The food was tremendous for breakfast lunch and dinner we were not disappointed once. If you want to relax and enjoy a fruity drink by the water with a few other people then its the place for...

We loved it here!! Very nice, super clean suites with balconies looking out over the pool and the water. Right in the middle of things -- you can walk to shops, restaurants, the water taxi, even the airport (about 10 minutes' walk)! The staff was wonderful. We happened to be there on a Reggae night (down by the pool) and we sat on the balcony and looked out over the water as we listened to the music. A night for us (my teenaged daughter and I) to remember forever. We walked by some of the other...

We knew based off reviews this resort was going to be nice, what we didnt know is how amazing the staff truly would be. Bernie, our main bartender, was a blast to hang out with during the day. My entre trip was amazing! The property is BEAUTIFUL! I recommend renting a golf cart... We went into town almost every day. The food on site is very good, The drinks are great. The entire staff is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The snorkeling tour, swimming with the sharks is a MUST DO! The private beach ( we rented a cabana) is nice, the food and drinks ... very good! I just didn't like having to take a 10 minute boat ride to get to the beach and having to wait for a boat to get back to the resort...

We stayed here for 5 nights for a dive trip. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They've just opened and are still working things out, but this is like every business. I would come back and stay there. I cannot stress how much the owners will go out of their way to help you be comfortable and find solutions or recommendations to what you want to do there. We kept extending each night as we had a different itinerary in mind before we...
