They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.”

“good location, in a amazing heritage building. Apartment is also new and luxury. But there are something not good. There is no any cover for the toilet. It's quite emarassing. And the water boiler is not good. Just around 15 minutes of shower, all hot water is gone and need to wait a few hours. No way to turn off the light of fridge. And the sound isolate is not well.”
