“The hotel was dirty and dated at check-in. Then we came to the room. It didn’t have any visible ocean view as advertised but still it was a good size as we were travelling with our 3 month old baby. We go to sit on the sofa in the room and realise there’s a huge portion of the wall with what looks like mold. As we had our young daughter with us we immediately alerted staff. Their only solution was to move us to another smaller room for the night and then move us to another room the second day as……
