"Amazing staff that would do anything to help and an unbeatable location. Rooms were incredible (and always somehow smelt terrific) and breakfast was not perfect but a good effort. Didn't give a perfect score because the WiFi was very hit and miss (more miss than hit), rooms sometimes got incredibly cold and were a bit odd. For example, the lightswitch was nowhere near the bed which is really strange for a hotel. Also, the room had a kettle but zero tea making facilities - was I supposed to...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located between the Li river and the Sickle Bay. To the west, the pier is only a mile away, and the motor raft is easy to book to enjoy the magnificent waves rock scenery. To the east, the Sickle Bay, a world natural heritage site, is great for hiking to have the breathtaking overlooking on top. The hotel has the scenery nicely blended in. Whether you enjoy a nice dish at the restaurant, or just enjoy a book with a cup of tea at the tea house, you will lost in time. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. We got a huge local grapefruit to take back home, which was a nice treat. We definitely want to come back again to enjoy."
