“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. “Staff were just brilliant. Very helpful and attentive. Very professional and happy to see staff are locals from Goa. Even in the restaurant the chefs and waiters were so accommodating and helpful. Special shout out to Chef Amey Chef Denzil and Ronan. They looked after us very well. Thanks a lot. Only think I would say is the rooms were very dusty and the aircon in my room was not working properly. Very hot. And could not be fixed.”

“Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money ”

“The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy.
