“This is a high-end destination place with a wonderful pool. However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo... “La struttura situata al limite del villaggio, molto comoda per muoversi! La camera bella, spaziosa, pulita Materasso molto comodo! L’Hotel è grande, col spazio per la colazione, pranzo/cena,bar/coctail. C’è anche una spa e piccola piscina. Cosa non va: Non esiste uno spazio all’aperto dove potersi rilassare, leggere un libro ecc…. La piscina poi è piccola, infossata ed i lettini sono vicinissimi l’uno all’altro non consentendo un minimo di intimità! Poi se fa molto caldo non c’è un minimo……

“This hotel is a true gem in Avignon. I stayed for one night and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the property.
