I’ll start with the room:
No cushions on the chairs outside. It was a lovely day, but there weren’t any comfortable chairs to sit on outside.
No blankets or extra pillows.
No floor lamps (I couldn’t see to read in the bedroom while sitting in the tiny chairs by the window).
One piece of tissue left in the dispenser.
No washcloths.
Hair conditioner in the shower but not the bathtub.
No toiletries to speak of (just some unsanitary cotton pads and Q-tips in a jar) and a small bottle of……

“Warm staffs and nicely designed hotel. The only issue is that there’s a bar or restaurant downstairs so you can still hear the loud voice at midnight.
Though everything was good, compare with nearby hotel with similar conditions, it’s a bit over priced ”

“Beautiful hotel. Rooms beautifully designed and appointed, comfortable bed and large plush towels. Bar and restaurant were lovely. Staff was friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay here and will return”
