Beautiful hotel inside, convenient to stores and dining in the area but if you feel like staying in, this hotel has everything you need. Very clean, nicely decorated and the staff were all very helpful and cheerful. Our room was right next to the elevator but was still very quiet. There's even a small lake and park only a couple of miles away. When in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

There was only one issue - my room wasn’t cleaned the last 3 days of my visit. I asked the desk clerk to make sure it was cleaned after 2nd day it wasn’t and when I returned to my room that evening it still hadn’t been cleaned. Other than that, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

We are a family of 5 (two small children and a teenager). We got an efficiency, and the room was huge! We did not feel at all cramped. The room was very clean and updated. The pool area was clean and well-maintained. The choices at the free breakfast were somewhat limited, but everything was good. Charlie was amazing! My remote needed reprogrammed, and he did that for me so I could watch some tv. The room I had seemed huge. While the hotel is a little dated, it was perfect for my trip! Charlie also was able to accommodate me on a little bit of a late check out, because I was taking a class and it didn’t start until 12:30. It was much appreciated! The only thing that could’ve made the hotel better for me would’ve been a more up to date treadmill, but I’m not complaining! Atleast...
