“Horrendous stay - received a voicemail mid-stay to say we had to move out the hotel as they were closing with immediate effect (mid afternoon during the 2nd day of a 3 night stay). Knowhere near a 5* hotel though prior to this. Bottle of Vodka within the mini bar in our room had been opened and half drunk. Lipstick all over one of the glasses within the room. Flawed layout in the floor meant the shower door was always leaking on the floor (in the hall of the room). ”

“Excellent location, right on top of all the shops and a Sainsbury’s 30m away for all your in house needs. Great balcony area which was great and the Netflix and other Roku stations made staying in on a rainy day go by without notice. Good travel links are also on the doorstep. Has two bathrooms which was also a great bonus. On the down side, the flat is very noisy, however not from the outside noise. The walls are very thin in the apartment and the floor squeaks like a trapped rabbit. Anyone……

“Apartment is well located in city centre. Was very cold inside when we arrived in mid-January and took a few hours to warm the place up. Unfortunately the floors were very dirty with dust and broken biscuits, even the bedsheets had also not been changed since the previous guests' departure. Pigeons outside the bedroom windows certainly provided a good chorus throughout the night! ”

“The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is comfortable and clean. Internet might not be fast enough for remote desktop connection, but it should be fine if you're just here for leisure. Staff has been very helpful throughout the process. And Stevie who greeted us for the check-in even helped carry our heavy luggage to 2/F - that was much appreciated!”
