“Excellent service with friendly and attentive staffs. From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next. ”

“Good and quiet hotel location. Good view of the Matterhorn. The service of the staff was very good too. However, the room was a bit hot as there was only window on one side. Moreover, the omelette and crepe at breakfast were not up to standard - the omelette was too dry, the texture of the crepe was bad (too thick, rough and dry). The scambled egg was better.”

“Great stay at the hotel Al Piolet, loved the furnishings and staff makes sure you had a great holiday. Rooms are not the biggest but nicely decorated and comfortable for 2 people stay.”

“The hotel is very good, and the shuttle to the ski slopes makes things much easier, so you don’t need to drive there—which would be terrible during peak season.
The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only downside of the hotel is the optional 5% tip; for a five-star hotel, it puts you in an awkward position at check-out. In addition, it introduces a “tip culture” that is not standard in Europe.”
