“Siamo stati una settimana in questo delizioso hotel, poco distante (200 metri) dalla spiaggia di Rethimno. Partendo dal cibo, c'è subito da sottolineare la qualità dei primi alla carta proposti. Che per un hotel in Grecia, non è così scontato, essendoci molti turisti tedeschi, che hanno pretese molto basse. C'è poi tutto il cibo a buffet, vario e si trova sempre qualcosa di buono. “The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The room was very clean and nicely furnished and the AC worked extremely well. We had an outdoor shaded patio as well as our own private pool. All in all we felt very pampered.”

“The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.”
