“We stayed three nights over Easter at Capelongue, just one day after opening for the season—and unfortunately, it showed throughout. Check-in was poorly managed. We arrived at 12:30 with a pre-confirmed early check-in, yet no one could tell us when the room would be ready. We were sent to lunch (which was good), but even at 15:10 the room was still not available. When we pointed out that Expedia listed check-in from 15:00, we were told it was actually 16:00. We were eventually given the room……

“A well decorated chateau! As a historical heritage, the chateau is well maintained and there is a floor of common area that is decorated in the traditional French style. Basically like a museum and we managed to take many beautiful photo there. Rooms are well decorated with the classic French style. Staff is very helpful and nice, food in the restaurant is also very tasty with reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.”
