“We stayed three nights over Easter at Capelongue, just one day after opening for the season—and unfortunately, it showed throughout.
Check-in was poorly managed. We arrived at 12:30 with a pre-confirmed early check-in, yet no one could tell us when the room would be ready. We were sent to lunch (which was good), but even at 15:10 the room was still not available. When we pointed out that Expedia listed check-in from 15:00, we were told it was actually 16:00. We were eventually given the room……

“非常不好的經驗！旅館資訊説明24小時入住服務，並且在入住前一天以電子郵件通知住房登記的密碼，但我們在晚上 十點抵達時，卻無法成功使用該密碼取得入住的房號和房門卡片！
現場沒有任何人可以協助，連大門口的對講機也沒有回應，致電Hotel.com的客服中心請求協助，也無法和飯店的任何人聯絡上！折騰了三個小時才由第三位客服中心作業員安排到20公里外的另一個酒店入住，國際電話講了近三小時、再加上駕車的時間、油錢和過路費都是增加的費用啊⋯⋯
之後也沒有任何來自該酒店的訊息或道歉，真的很誇張。從來沒有想到會有這樣的情況和住宿服務，請大家千萬不要再選擇這樣的業者！”

“A peaceful and charming stay that felt more like a true B&B than a hotel. The grounds were beautiful and serene, with birds and animal sounds each morning, and the setting felt authentic to the city. It was easy to find, with convenient parking and just a short walk to the village. The loft suite had everything we needed, and the staff was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp. The only downside was the layout—no shower (bathtub only) and the toilet located downstairs—which was a bit challenging……
