“We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one. The breakfast menu has lot of options. Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away. Overall it was 7/10\. Thanks.”

“Beach view from villa was obstructed. In general, the property was clean but looked dated,. The main pool area, in particular was kitschy and not commensurate with the star rating and per day charge (average of $700 per night). I had to ask for newspapers everyday and staff didn't ask if I wanted one delivered every morning . At dinner at one of the restaurants, cheese was added to our vegan pasta and another day, I had to remind the waiter 3 times to get me a beer. This last item is not...
