“The room is spacious and clean. However, we are having unreasonable charge of one night without our consent. We paid for 2 nights and our credit card had been charged for the 2 nd night and we were found out this debit on our Visa card later. Not until our second email to the hotel that the management team explained this is a system error. We have very unpleasant stay with this issue.”

“I stayed in a corner premium room on the 2nd floor that overlooked the street and bar patio. No issues with noise. Room was spacious and loved the historical details. You also get chocolate almonds in the room every evening. Hotel is a unique building with lots of character, including the historic buildings in the back lot. Restaurant (had both breakfast and dinner) is a beautiful space with lots of exquisite details to view. Enjoyed having drinks on the bar patio in the evening as well. Gym……

“It was not easy to find as there has no significant hotel name on the entrance. There has 2 or 3 staircases on the entrance which is not convenient for the customers when they have large luggage. The house-keeping team seems to be a bit careless without checking everything properly before release the room to new visitors. ”
