“The resort was nice, staff were helpful and incredibly kind. The only negative was that there aren’t many restaurants on property so we had to leave the resort often and incur many taxi charges for dinner each evening. The upside is that the restaurants they have on property are really good, but also pricey so be prepared.”

“The property was very nice nice I must not have read the fine print that you had to pay for the gym. That was a little disappointing. We did get access to the rooftop pool, but I would say make sure next time to ask about that because we had to ask and get access other than that. Things were very nice.”

Cuando llegue al lugar a hacer el Check In, la casa ya estaba con otras personas y me dijeron que Uds. nunca hicieron ninguna reserva, lo peor es que los llame y me dieron un numero de reclamo, me dijeron que me devolverían la llamada y nunca lo hicieron. Uds. saben lo que es llegar a un lugar con 19 personas y no tener donde dormir, ni hospedarse, no solo me malograron mis vacaciones y la de toda mi familia, si no que tuvimos que dormir en……
