“Yo confié en Hoteles.com y todo fue una ESTAFA. Cuando llegue al lugar a hacer el Check In, la casa ya estaba con otras personas y me dijeron que Uds. nunca hicieron ninguna reserva, lo peor es que los llame y me dieron un numero de reclamo, me dijeron que me devolverían la llamada y nunca lo hicieron. Uds. saben lo que es llegar a un lugar con 19 personas y no tener donde dormir, ni hospedarse, no solo me malograron mis vacaciones y la de toda mi familia, si no que tuvimos que dormir en……
