"This was a great property, except that there was no accessible entry. My older mother had trouble on the stairs. The Internet was down the entire time we were there."

"The room was good but basic. It was clean and warm.
Staff were friendly and we managed to secure a park which was convenient.
It was relatively easy to walk down to Lambton Quay via the Travelodge next door. "
