“This hotel is down an alleyway surrounded by bars- please keep this in mind if you are a solo female traveller. The location is great, close to Cuba street and Te Papa. The only downside of being in this area is the bars surrounding this hotel, as it is quite noisy at night. It doesn’t attract the nicest people to the alley. “Fantastic service and staff and great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable but we were not a fan of the bathroom situation. Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. That said, I would totally stay again, but I would not go for the ground floor studio. Still, great stay, fantastic breakfast and the men on reception were excellent. We……

“Very large apartment, 2 good size bedrooms with huge sitting and clean. Good for family stay. Close to National Museum and the seafront, just 10mins walk, also 12 mins walk to Willis Street where many good eateries. Very friendly and welcoming hotel staff. Wish there is more lighting in the sitting/dinner area.

“It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!”
