“Definitely a peaceful area to be in. But”

“From beginning to end everything was delightful. The staff was great, the beds were cozy, the shower pressure was top notch, breakfast had a lot of selections and the sweet lady at the desk let my baby pick out a toy from the treasure box for her birthday!”

“The air was out in the hallways. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke a few times. Staff was amazing, but the facility is definitely lacking compared to when I stayed last year.”

“The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.”

“Room was very clean, thermostat allowed whatever temperature you wanted, staff were very friendly and available 24/7. Breakfast was free and good, and there was ample parking.”

“We were traveling and after a long day with 4 littles we stopped at this hotel; The fist room was littered in garbage. It had a musky smell. The TV was broken and would not turn on , even with pushing the button on the tv. They put new batteries in the remote and as expected it did not fix the tv. The floors were disgusting. My 9 month old found trash on the floor lining the beds that he almost got into his mouth immediately. I went downstairs for a new room. The worker offered us another room,……

“I waited 30+ minutes to check in and there was only one per in front of me. The room was clean but had a weird smell and the water tasted gross out of the faucet. The "so-called" free breakfast was picked over by 8am and was told they were out of coffee. Not that they couldn't make more, they were OUT period. We were just disappointed.”

“Hotel was great actually just really disappointed about the swimming pool being out of order as that was the sole purpose of booking this particular hotel”

“Checked in nearly at midnight. Parked immediately in front of my room which was great. However you do get what you pay for. 2nights for $125. The room looked cleaned when I first walked in, but there were hairs in the bathtub and small dead bugs all over the floor under the sink, behind the toilet & doors. The bed was painfully stiff, but it was clean. There were cracks in the tub were the finish was falling off, didn’t notice til I was showering, good water pressure tho! It wasn’t loud from……

“My wife and had a 3rd floor room. This is the second time we have stayed there within a 2 month period and the elevator was still broken. Our room had no remote for the TV and also only a half of roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Really only positives was the staff being helpful and nice and bed was comfortable. We will not stay here again until the elevator is fixed or we are able to get a first floor room.”

“The girl at the front desk was so sweet, but the hotel is awful. There were illegal deals going on in the parking lot, ladies of the night were coming and going all evening, the pool had a film of filth on it, it was run down, the list goes on and on. We ended of changing hotels after a couple of hours, and the people at the new hotel told us that this one has a reputation for all sorts of devious behavior. Not recommended at all.”
