Our bathroom sink was stopped up and they got it fixed in mere minutes! The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is fantastic! There’s a great variety and everything is very fresh! We stayed 2 nights going and then coming back on 5 day family trip to Tennessee. We enjoyed our stay both nights. The rooms were cleaned, bed was comfortable no complaints. The heater worked good, staff was very friendly and polite. On our 1st night we wanted to go downtown West Memphis. They the staff helped with directions and information of the area.
