“We have stayed at the MCM Elegante dozens of times over the years. It offers a clean, comfortable stay, with a very helpful staff. The complementary beverage hour in the evening and included cooked to order breakfast are a great end of a busy day and start to a new one. Located just across the street from Mall of Abilene, shoppers can have a comfortable home base for shopping and dining at area restaurants.
MVM Elegante will continue to be our choice.”

“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27)
My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason.
