No se alojen en este lugar, te venden un todo incluido y al final no tienen la categoría ni los estándares para serlo Una decepción total, al llegar nos cobraron más dinero por darnos las habitaciones pero sin poder hacer uso de las instalaciones, esperamos hasta la 1 PM y nada, no te permitían comer nada, algunos restaurantes hasta cobraban los alimentos. Todo el tiempo te están vigilando, cuando ya logramos cenar, luego se no poder comer nada, te llevan unos tickets con la cuenta y todo el tiempo hasta para las toallas te piden el número de habitación. Los elevadores por lo regular siempre hay filas. Las instalaciones son viejas, la mayoría del personal es ineficiente. Cuando te bañas se sale el agua hacia el área del lavabo y de el escusado, hay que estar secando.

La habitacion es muy buena opcion, es amplia, tiene espacio distribuido bien y esta limpoa ademas de que elmpersonal de limpieza en habitacion es muy amable y deja todo super bien. La atencion en el hotel y su personal, esta 50/50 ya que muchos son amables y muy serviciales y muchos tambien parece que les cuesta hasta decirte buenos dias. Ademas en los restaurantes muchos te exigen que les dejes el tip a pesar de ser un hotel todo incluido y que muchas ocasiones no andas con dinero en el dia precisamente porque es todo incluido.

Es la quinta vez que me hospedo en este hotel y es claramente por qué me encanta !! Pero esta vez conocí su club de playa y deja mucho que desear :( la alberca estaba muy sucia , se nota que no le dan mantenimiento y los meseros no son nada serviciales , hasta que yo me acerqué a uno de ellos pude pedir algo para beber … no me quiero imaginar si hubiese estado en el área de playa… menos me iban a atender ..

Habitaciones limpias, sobre el cargador que tienen de tesla deberían de poner más y dejar las reglas claras, porque en una ocasión uno de valet me dijo que no estaba permitido conectarlo, pero otro vehículo lo estaba usando, o luego mencionaban que no habían dejado la llave, cuando a mi si me lo exigian.

La atención fue realmente nefasta. Pagamos un plan all inclusive que en la práctica no ofrecía ningún beneficio real. En el club de playa me quedé sin alimentos porque, según el personal, tenían una demora de 3 horas y ya no podían atenderme. Para poder comer era obligatorio hacer reservación; si no, simplemente te quedabas sin servicio. Claramente no están preparados para recibir a la cantidad de personas que aceptan, lo que se traduce en una pésima experiencia y mala atención.

Terrible tardaron 5 horas para entregarnos la habitación segun porque no tenian mucho personal, las toallas del baño sucias y percudidas, no las limpian bien solo como una pasada.. nos salio un pelo en la comida.. los camiones que te llevan al princess o al club de playa manejan terrible una nos toco un frenon q mi niña se pego en la frente y la otra el chofer discutio con un pasajero y freno en seco Los carritos de comida de la noche anterior que piden a los cuartos y se quedan en los pasillos los recogen como hasta las 6 pm

El personal fue muy amable. La experiencia de todo incluido y poder disfrutar de 3 hoteles a la vez fue magnífico!!! Lo único malo fue que en la barra de la alberca el mesero ignoró una petición que le hice , tuve que dar la vuelta y ponerme frente a él , y el aderezo de las alitas de la alberca estaba echado a perder , con un sabor muy desagradable y las alitas igual muy feas . Nunca pidan alitas cuando vayan! Pidan una cubana con clamato estan deliciosas!! Y es mejor la atención de la mesera fuera de la alberca .. Nos encantó el bufete MARCHÉ !! De 10!! Con MARY la que hace las quesadillas mi mamá tuvo una atención inigualable! El restaurante A ROMA si estuvo rico pero el personal no es muy amable la verdad , te ven con ojos extraños , no me gustó la atención pero si la comida y la bebida . Ojalá pongan en las cafeteras café natural por que solo había con vainilla . Nos queremos hospedar muy pronto muchas veces más y disfrutar nuevamente el todo incluido , fue increíble!!
