My stay was fine and the staff was great. Clean rooms and nice pool area. My only inconvenience was the twenty minute drive to acapulco. I didn't notice the location when reserving and couldn't cancel my booking after completing my reservation.

The truth is that we couldn't sleep or rest because there were workers doing construction in the building and my wife called the reception to report the noise and there was no solution. Bad experience.

El hotel no está en condiciones como las publicadas, la entrada principal está cerrada, hay una especie de remodelación y está bloqueado, todo el paso, la sala de espera recepción y restaurante es la misma zona, no funciona el aire acondicionado de esa zona y el lugar que se ocupa como comedor de policía de seguridad pública, alrededor de 30 habia, muy mal lugar
