"The place was adequate for our needs and we were comfortable for sleeping and showering. We had an issue with some noise but was promptly taken care of by the owner and his staff. The owner is a gentleman and he treated us very well. He owns the restaurant downstairs as well and we had a nice meal there as well. Transportation in Bari is terrible though. Although there was a train station right next to us, but we could never figure out how to get in and what ticket to buy to get to the next...

"Came to Bari to see where my great grandmother was born and grew up. This place was great. great location. Loved that the shower was big enough. I have stayed at a few other hotels in Italy before visiting Bari and all were so tiny. It is nice to be able to move around in the shower lol. I would definitely stay at Suite & Chic again. "

"A pesar de contar con un dormitorio y baño espacioso, no contaba con una pequeña mesa y silla para trabajar o comer. Mismo en el baño, sin algo para sentarse o apoyar ( ropa, toalla,etc) . El espacio ducha, no contaba con rejilla, lo que podría resultar un problema , si se cayese un objeto o trabar un pie. Al ser alto, y no contar con una barra de sujeción, la salida y la entrada al espacio de ducha, resulta peligroso. La ubicación, si es conveniente y com buena posibilidad de parking, y a 10...

"Matera is not the easiest place to get to in first place. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change plans and arrived by coach bus instead of rental car. The hotel contacted us a couple days before our check in and once they learned about our change if plans, they helpfully pointed out to us that our bus station is actually quite a bit of distance from the hotel. They then booked a taxi for us that waited at the bus station and took us straight into the restricted area inside the old...

"This is a small family run hotel. Only five rooms. Our room was tiny but had a great balcony. We also had the use of a roof terrace. It’s right in the middle of the old town. Staff were great and the breakfast changed daily. Would highly recommend. "

"Great stay. Michael our host was super helpful guiding us there. Park outside Sissi and take the small red bus into town, 1.50 each get off at the last stop it’s 100 yards from there. Nice room with a view. Lots of stairs, that’s matera for you. The room was spacious but the bed was quite firm so keep that in mind. "
