Found bed bugs in the first room we were in. Staff quickly came and inspected and moved us to another room on a different floor. No bed bugs were found in this room but lots of bugs around the baseboards, hair on the sheets, bugs and dirt in the bathroom. Elevator was loud and wasn’t sure we were going to make it up to the 3rd floor. Hotel smelled dusty and not at all fresh and clean.

The room was very quiet. The bed was very comfy and they provided ample pillows. I had a fantastic night's sleep - and I'm a super light sleeper. They also let me check in early (a little before noon!), which I appreciated.

The breakfast staff was amazing, so friendly and very helpful. My son and I took advantage of the gym and everything worked well and was clean and sanitary. The room is very spacious and well designed for function and comfort.
