It was an amazing experience with best service at Sheraton ADDIS, I will definitely visit again next time.
Being that the hotel is tucked away from the main round. Noise level is minimal. Very Clean nice establishment. Would Highly recommend.
I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout Africa and this is my favorite. The food is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are so helpful!
The rooms on the back side of the hotel are much quieter. The breakfast buffet is amazing. I’m vegan and they made me a great dinner that night I ate there. It’s close and convenient to downtown. The massage that I got downstairs in the health club area was absolutely the best. She added a few minutes ...
Great breakfast buffet, room service, warm swimming pool, amazing body scrub - ask for Rute. The pedicure equally amazing - the same wonderful woman has done it for both my stays. Just in general, everyone cares.
Rooms were clean and has all necessary features. Great water pressure in the smaller room with a stand alone shower with hot water. The service in the lobby was not great when it was busy. I think there was only one person on staff that was a bit overwhelmed. The restaurant and breakfast had excellent ...
Cant recommend better place for that price. Internet worked well, food was good, pool is nice, sauna was great, supermarket next door.
Small, but clean and excellent staff hotel. Worth your every penny in their room and restaurant. Although no gym or swimming pool, but is good for short stop
My room was clean and the staff was friendly. I do believe the room rate is over priced .
Stayed for a week with some friends. Was a pleasant stay. My friends though had a very small shower. The food was mediocre. There was a nice outdoor bar downstairs.
A mixup with the name was easily resolved with an email. The staff is welcoming and helpful. My room was surprisingly neat, clean and comfortable.
I really loved it for that small time i stayed at the hotel......i like the driver who showed me around. His a Very good and respectful l really like him (forgot his name tho) . I hope to come back some times next year if GOD wishes .
I had to move rooms due to first one not having AC. New room had AC but bathroom and furniture was quite dated. Grounds are nice but meals are overpriced. I had an un-edible salad and complained but didn’t get an apology or a refund! Won’t stay here again. There are many more newer choices with equal ...
