“The hotel is excellent! Our only complaint is the lack of communication with the shuttle from the hotel. We asked for a shuttle that would hold 12 people and a 7 passenger car showed up. Other than that everything was excellent.”

“When I reserved the hotel, i misread the amenities and thought breakfast was daily,.thn in a week day I went to the office to inquire about breakfast that's when they mentioned that breakfast was served on weekends only. I went back to the reservation description and noticed that they're indeed right. However, they were nice enough to fix some breakfast just for my family. That was very nice of them. ”

“the property was off in back of some "EXTEMELY" bumpy back alley in the dark. The address was unsearchable, the host was unknowledgeable. I did NOT stay at this property, I couldn't. They had my reservations all fouled up.”

“Just spent a week with my family and loved it. The good points: the staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly even when we turned up at 2am after our flight was delayed. The rooms are big and clean (and didn't see a single mosquito). Air con worked well. Netflix on the tv. Pool was clean. The best bit was being right on the beach. The boys loved playing football and splashing around. It's out of the city centre so very quiet and peaceful and it was great to get away from the insane……
