Disappointing Stay – This Hotel Has Gone Downhill Having stayed at this hotel in the past, I was disappointed to see how much the property has declined. On a positive note, our room was clean. However, the bed was uncomfortable, the hallway carpets were dirty, and the exterior of the property appeared shabby and poorly maintained. Another disappointment was the lack of an ice machine and the fact that small bottles of water cost $2.00 each. While this may seem minor, these are basic amenities that guests should reasonably expect. Unfortunately, this hotel is not what it used to be. Having had better experiences here in the past, I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve the overall condition of the property and the comfort of its guests. Based on our recent experience, I would not stay at this location again.

Great value, exceptionally clean, okay location, property needs some freshening up. Keurig coffee maker in the lobby not much value for those departing before 7 a.m. when the lobby door is unlocked: need to rethink that.
