"Had short five night stay here. Overall it was excellent. We were on an all inclusive basis. Our room was a very large king bed room not with a pool view and was overlooking a walkway down to the beach. This was not a problem as there area is generally quiet and for the amount of time we actually spent in the room the extra cost of a pool view was not worth it. The choice of food was excellent. Catering for all tastes and of a high quality in all restaurants. Staff were excellent. Drinks were also excellent with all options on offer including well known brands. Pool area was excellent and immaculate. Pool staff were friendly and helpful. The only two negatives for us were the evening entertainment and our check-in experience. The evening entertainment was not particularly varied and amounted to the RIU activities crew dancing to a variety of themes. The crew themselves were very enthusiastic but a wider variety would be good. Our check-in seemed to takes ages. This I believe was down to a brand new member of staff who clearly had been left to it and was not fully up to speed. Eventually we got to our room and it was not ready. I actually think she’d given us the wrong room as we were unable log into the RIU app under that room. We went for lunch and the room issue had been resolved after a revisit to reception and contact with a competent receptionist. Would not hesitate to return. "

"Fabulous hotel! All staff (especially animation team) and facilities excellent - the icing on the cake would be a stocked mini-bar in room plus kettle to make hot drinks on a morning. "

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in … nothing was a problem .. the views , the beauty were amazing. Re clothes .. same as any other country . This was a hotel & beach holiday for us so we didn’t venture far Rooms were fabulous Staff so nice !"

"Returned to this hotel and as good as the last time. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Pool guy was superb - friendly, eager to help. Breakfast is a large choice - with omlettes to order fresh. We were only B&B, but ate once at the restaurant. Food was good but service slow - really needed more staff. Stayed in a suite - well worth it for the extra space and sea view. Do not forget the spa - we used it on 3 occassions. Therapists excellent. Price really good. Well worth a visit. "
