“The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years.”

This hotel has a lovely restaurant attached with great food. Zaros Lake is just around the corner. My favorite part was the spring water running down the side of the road. A very lovely village to visit on your trip around Crete.”

“Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark……

“Vom Anfang bis zum Ende war es ein super schöner und erholsamer Urlaub/Aufenthalt!!! Wir wurden sehr Herzlich empfangen. Aufgrund das alles mit unserem Flug und Leihwagen reibungslos geklappt hat waren wir früher wie vereinbart am Anreisetag im Asion Lithos. Das war überhaupt kein Problem und wir konnten wenig später in unser Appartement was keine Wünsche übrig ließ. Das Anwesen wird mit Liebe gepflegt und unser morgendlicher Ausblick auf Pool und Tal waren super schön. Ich möchte ganz……

“Well, most of the clerks were great! One of them, Georgia, has perfected herself. I thought it would be best to encourage guests to make an audio recording for each interaction. If you doubt that you behaved perfectly with her, you can play it and review it If you are imperfect, like myself, it can be a source of frustration.She let's people know if they made a mistake, with her eye contact and tone of voice.”
