“Everything ok but feel nor a 5 star”

“I was worried about booking as the photos were all CGI and the hotel was newly extended / modified for this season but this hotel is incredible! Amazing food, service, a very high end all inclusive with wonderful pools, bar areas and great staff. It is very clean, has great amenities and so relaxing right on the sea. we had an amazing stay”

“The woman working at the front desk when we arrived was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. And she spoke multiple languages. The room was pleasant with a nice balcony. However it was a bit small for packing our suitcases.”

“Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene. Struttura carina e molto pulita. Camera spaziosa e ogni giorno eseguivano le pulizie al nostro rientro era sempre profumata. Abbiamo cenato e pranzato ed era tutto buono. Per me unica nota negativa la colazione a pagamento di 15€ a persona per un piccolo buffet, di cui non era molto vario ma nello stesso tempo tutto buono. Personale molto disponibile, li ho visti sempre a pulire e sempre con il sorriso. Ci ritornerei”

After a stressful start to our holiday, with the airline delaying the delivery of our luggage, the hotel staff were absolutely amazing. They immediately put our minds at ease and kindly accepted our delayed bags when they were delivered by the courier, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. “Personal war hilfsbereit und nett. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Am Anfang war’s bisschen kompliziert, weil das Hotel etwas merkwürdig aufgeteilt wurde, weil das Rezeption weiter weg ist. Manchmal wenn man einen anderen Zimmer weg hat. Ansonsten war alles top. Was nur einen ärgert war es, dass die Menschen schon die liegen im Poolbereich komplett reservieren und die anderen liegen auch komplett reservieren und nach Stunden erst zu ihren liegen kommen. Laut dem Hotel gibt es eine Regel, dass man das……

“Perfectly positioned to explore the old town and walk out to Mon Repos. Restaurants and bars on the doorstep but no problem with noise. Really comfortable bed and excellent shower. Most importantly the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Not sure where to stay? Stay here!!”
