“Villa Eleni is perfectly positioned for the beach and restaurants; the grounds are immaculately manicured and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. I’d definitely recommend; we’ll be returning!”
“Beautiful hotel with stunning ocean views and a great spot for watching the sunset. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff were super helpful. The room itself had everything we needed, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. The hotel is still under construction, but we weren’t disturbed at all. Our only note would be to have more vegetarian options on the menu, as my partner struggled to find much choice, saying that we’ll definitely be returning!”

“Un hotel dans une ville trés calme, pas trop loin de la mer (environ 7 à 8min de marche), pareil pour le centre ville. Une grande piscine agréable mais pas assez netoyée. Certains clients ne se lavent pas avant dy entrer, certains marchent pieds nus sur le chemin de gravier puis entrent ensuite dans la piscine…
La piscine est ouverte au public ne séjournant pas à l’hotel donc ca peut vite devenir rempli.
Au niveau du personel on a l’impression qu’ils n’ont pas trop envie d’être là. Il n’y avait……
“Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen - sehr nettes Personal freundlich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Zimmer war gut und das Frühstück reichhaltig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne mit unserem Hund Fido wieder! :)”
“We have stayed in gretocel lux me in crete twice and we booked this based on what we had experienced in crete and this was not the greatest experience. Our room was not what you see in the pictures we were a million miles away from the childrens pool, we asked to change rooms as it wasnt based on what they had advertised for a family apartment with balcony. The room was very run down and the lift we could just about get a pram into it. My eldest daughter got food posioning and the shower flooded……
“Hotel is very tired. The room had no door on the shower, the TV did not work and neither did the phone. We reported these issues to reception and they fixed the phone and connected the channels to the tv (apps like Netflix still didn’t work). The rooms are described as soundproof, which they most definitely are not! You can even hear toilets flushing, hair dryers and even people eating crisps… the walls are very thin! There were also not enough loungers for all hotel guests despite there being……

“Locatie was perfect, hou er wel rekening mee dat taxi’s in het hoogseizoen niet graag die kant op rijden. Beter van te voren reserveren. Kan via de accommodatie.
Accommodatie was schoon, mooi zwembad.
Ons appartementje was prima, lekker bed. Douche was oké maar zou wat opgeknapt mogen worden.
Elke dag gepoetst en vaak schone handdoeken.
Eigenaar en personeel waren super vriendelijk.
Restaurant was geweldig, heerlijk ontbijt, lunch en diner. We gingen op een gegeven moment niet meer naar het……
“Frühstück war wirklich top Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend die Lage des Hotels ist weiter außerhalb der Stadt das macht es wunderbar ruhig. Jedoch 15 min geh Zeit in die Stadt ist überhaupt nicht schlimm

“Split level room worked well for 3 adults. Golf carts were really helpful for getting to/from rooms to the pool and restaurant as our room was at the top of the hill. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was okay but repetitive and sometimes struggled to find something we liked. Was nice to have ice creams and drinks available all day.”
“Tolle Lage, direkt am Kanal d'amore. Das Zimmer mit Pool war riesig. Leider ohne fließendes Wasser. Anfangs tröpfelte nur etwas Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn, es stank aber. Dann kam weder am Waschbecken, noch aus Dusche oder WC Wasser. Auch an der Pooltoilette /-Dusche kam kein Wasser. Dann kam noch ein Sturm auf und auch der Strom und WLAN fielen aus. Wir waren zu zweit für 250 € nur eine Nacht im Hotel, konnten in der Zeit weder richtig auf Toilette, noch duschen oder Hände waschen. Am nächsten……
