“I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. They reported the Wi-Fi issue three times and were told someone would come fix it, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t working when they checked out. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!”

“The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.”

“First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last……
