“Absolutely fantastic. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were very warm and kind and made my stay very comfortable. My Japanese is very limited, but they took the time to carefully explain things for me at a level I could understand, including the food. If you can get out to Tsunan (and the train there was quite scenic, so do try), I really can't recommend it enough. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.”

“メイン棟1107号室に案内されましたが、入室直後から部屋全体に異臭を感じました。私には糞尿を連想するような臭いに感じられ、このまま滞在を続けることは難しいと判断し、フロントへ相談しました。 フロントに事情を伝えたところ、すぐに部屋を交換していただき、その後は快適に過ごすことができました。迅速に対応していただいた点には感謝しています。 一方、最初に案内された部屋は畳の劣化も目立ち、全体的に古さを感じました。歴史のある施設であることは承知していますが、客室の臭いや設備の状態については、より丁寧な点検・整備を期待します。 また、帰宅後に領収書の宛名に誤りがあったことにも気づきました。発行時の確認も徹底していただけると、より安心して利用できると思います。 今回はメイン棟の客室でしたので、他の棟や改装済みの客室では印象が異なるのかもしれません。”
