“Hotel Hanabun was a great ryokan experience! It is nestled in the mountains offering a peaceful getaway from touristy/crowded areas. It had the best onsen water, even the locals went there to bathe! The hosts and staff are all friendly and accommodating to your needs. Google translate was necessary to communicate, but everyone is very patient. The food was incredibly delicious, and they use locally sourced, fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy ryokan. ”

The hotel staff are all still very friendly, and front desk staff Yoko San has especially been very helpful to me in every way from arranging rides and even in driving and accompanying me in snowboarding rental. I really appreciate the way she is committed and devoted in delivering the best customer service and hospitality. I always feel like a vip staying at the lime myoko in off peak season.
