“This was a gem for our ski trip. Before checkin the staff was very helpful with transportation suggestions and questions. Because the road to the hotel is not drivable in the winter you call the hotel from the parking/bus area and they come and pick you up via snowmobile, this in itself was a fun experience for my son.
The room was quite, clean, and had the right amenities. The food was Japanese but very good and staff ensures dietary restrictions are met. ”

“Highlight was our private onsen room, which was fed by a natural spring, very cleansing.
Amazing food and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be coming back. ”

“I recently stayed at this wonderful Japanese onsen hotel for five nights for the second time, and it was just as amazing as my first visit. The hospitality was exceptional; the staff was always welcoming and attentive.
I absolutely loved the set dinners, which featured delicious kaiseki cuisine that showcased local flavors. The onsen experience was also fantastic, providing a perfect way to relax after skiing. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I can't wait to return!”

“High Accessibility
The hotel is near the Yodanaka Station, it takes 5-10mins walk. If you will drive over there, the hotel will provide the free parking. Also, they were so nice to clean up the snow every morning.
Also, it may take 15-20mins walk to the Shibu Onsen.
For skiing, it can take 30mins driving to Shiga Kogen. It takes 45mins driving to Nozawa Onsen Snow Resort.
Hotel provided a delicious meal and kids friendly. They provided a different set for the kid.
The Onsen is large……
