We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The only hiccup was some repair work in the elevators that made a ton of noise. The GM was responsive however and the project was only due to last a couple more days.

On our way there was an accident in front of us and we called them and told them we might not make the 11pm check in. They said no problem and asked our names to be sure to confirm our reservations and then they had us follow instructions by text and it’s fine we show up after 11. Checking in by text was easy and we were given simple clear instructions on what to do. I would go here again

Great location and beautiful views!!

Great location with a beautiful mountain view. The unit is a bit outdated, but the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of supplies. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff was friendly — we even received our apartment earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus. What I didn’t like about this rental concept is that guests are required to make the beds, take out the trash, and leave all utensils in the dishwasher before leaving. However, for those who enjoy this style of stay and are traveling with larger groups or parties, it’s a good option.

Our king room was spacious and the bathroom was luxurious. Our complaint was the funky smell in our room and the entire second floor. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful.
