Arrived to find hotel had technical issues and we were re-routed to their sister hotel .. on the face of it not a big problem however we were travelling on a tight schedule and missed our concert that we had booked for that evening , the hotel looked after us well and a refund gratefully received, ...

A neat hotel but by no means it should be considered “Luxurious” as they advertise. Food was very average and the property is alcohol free so couldn’t have a glass of wine with our meal. Not a place we would go back to even though the staff were very good.
